CAMILLO Warranty and maintenance regulations
Camillo piano warranty terms:
1、One year replacement, one year from the date of sale of the piano (according to the date recorded in the customer's purchase invoice), in case of any quality or performance problem of the product, you can enjoy free replacement service.
2、Ten-year warranty. If the piano fails within the warranty period, and within the warranty scope, the customer can go to the piano dealer’s and present the piano Warranty Certificate and purchase certificate (the sales invoice issued by the dealer authorized by our company) to request the warranty.
3、Life-long maintenance: All series of Camillo piano products are entitled to life-long maintenance service.
4、During the free warranty period, the piano fails in normal temperature or normal humidity environment, and it is confirmed that the fault is caused by production quality problems, which belongs to the free warranty scope. include:
1)Fracture of cast iron plate (iron plate)
2)The chord shaft plate cracking, the chord shaft is loose and cannot guarantee the intonation
3)Piano key deformation and fracture, serious degumming of hammers, serious degumming of piano shell
4)Broken mallet handle
5)Pedal fracture and failure not due to transportation or moving, but belonging to product liability
6)Paint peeling problems not caused by poor production
5、Piano failure, within the scope of free warranty, should be free of charge for customers to replace parts and maintenance, to ensure the quality and performance of the piano.
Piano warranty and maintenance regulations:
6、Beyond the free warranty period or in the free warranty period, the following situations do not belong to the scope of free warranty; the expenses (service fees, material fees, etc.) incurred by customers insisting on maintenance or providing services shall be borne by customers:
1)The piano warranty certificate and purchase certificate (the sales invoice issued by the dealer authorized by our company) cannot be presented.
2)The warranty certificate is inconsistent with the real product or the warranty period is expired
3)Failure and damage caused by improper movement, handling and use after purchase
4)It has been disassembled and installed by non-designated professionals
5)Normal wear and tear during use and aging of shell paint board
6)Failure or damage caused by climatic reasons such as excessive humidity, dryness or abrupt temperature change
7)Damage caused by irresistible factors such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike and other natural disasters
7、During the free warranty period, customers need to pay maintenance fees (service fee, material fee, etc.) for replacement and installation of consumables.
8、This regulation and the Warranty Certificate of relevant products are applicable in mainland China.
9、Please keep the Warranty Certificate with the product properly and there is no reissue if lost.
10、This regulation does not limit the legal rights and interests of users. For the maintenance of products after the free warranty period, customers are requested to consult the dealers designated by our company which have the Dealer Authorization Letter.
This warranty scope is authorized by the German manufacturer of CAMILLO pianos and the quality is guaranteed by the 140-year exquisite craftsmanship of the German CAMILLO pianos. The scope of this warranty is limited within the territory of the People's Republic of China and only to the brand-new piano purchased from the authorized agent of Shanghai Huyuefu Piano Co. Ltd. This warranty is the only quality express warranty provided by CAMILLO Pianos and completely supersedes and excludes all other express warranties of quality. In addition, all implied warranties (including but not limited to the implied warranties of the purchasability and applicability of a particular intent) are limited within the express warranty period.
